The Institute of Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) is a leading academic institution globally recognized for its thought leadership, valuable contribution and practical relevance to make mergers, acquisitions and alliances beneficial for businesses.
Mission
IMAA provides and advances knowledge and insights to improve the use and benefits of mergers, acquisitions (M&A) and strategic alliances. Our mission is to:

Design, conduct, and disseminate high-quality, avant-garde, and innovative basic and applied research;

Collaborate with academic, government and industry partners;

Provide an international forum devoted to the dialogue of business, politics, society, and science;

Offer educational opportunities for professionals, students and the interested public;

Organizational Responsibility
We recognize that climate change is happening and should be mitigated. As a leading global institute, we have a responsibility to minimize or offset the impact of our operations and activities on the environment.
