Jalal Nadeem is a Director in M&A Advisory at PwC LLP in New York, where he leads complex cross-border transactions with a specialized focus on deal pricing mechanisms and M&A Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs). He has advised on +500 M&A transactions exceeding +$100 billion in combined value, and is widely recognized for his legal-financial expertise in working capital adjustments, transaction risk allocation, and value-preserving contract design. Jalal regularly trains lawyers and investment professionals on complex deal frameworks and his SPA-focused strategies have increasingly enhanced both professional practice and public discourse in the M&A advisory field, across legal, financial, and academic settings. Previously, at Deloitte Canada he helped establish the firm’s SPA Advisory practice.
