Assessing Cultural and Organizational Fit

    Has anyone found a specific process for assessing cultural and organizational fit that has worked well for them? We have experienced some significant challenges where we believed we had a great fit and have known some of the key folks we have brought on for years. I am interested in improving this aspect of our process.
