During pre-integration when key resources are identified, do you typically find that those key resources are then brought in to help identify other key resources? If so, does this happen left or right of closing in your experience?

For my organization, key resources are identified by our teams during interviews. We might listen to others, but we would still assess whether they’re key resources.
