We have an M&A Playbook, currently being updated based on the type of M&As we do. We have been at about 1 per year.

Yes, we do have one, I led the development of it.
It is a document that we refer to all the time, as a matter of fact, if it is not followed, the functional leaders are held accountable.
It really is the only way we stay aligned on the process.
