Having seen first-hand, on more than one occasion, the impact of technology misalignment in M&A, I was surprised that IT Due Diligence only got 1 minute’s air time in the other areas of DD section. Technology has an ever increasing influence on integration and value capture and I believe could do with some more thorough course content, so we avoid issues where IT is an afterthought in DD and onwards.
