How do you deliver critical feedback to senior leadership during integration—especially when ego or hierarchy threatens to derail the very value the deal was meant to create?

This is a fine line. I find honesty when provided correctly is always the nest option. If senior leadership is in need of critical feedback I think you should provide it but in a measured outcomes scenario. An example would be providing potential alternatives with tangible outcomes. Or providing examples of other companies who succeeded while using different means. Its always difficult to navigate tough leadership but if you are seeing issues that usually means others are as well.
