    I’ve always been positively surprised by the value of doing debriefs or post mortems. Even though they can be draining, it is a vital part of the learning process. It also allows for the team to blow off steam if certain situations were tough, but could not be addressed in the heat of the moment. Think about collaboration, mutual respect etc. If you dont fix those, the next deal will suffer from it.
